These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VeloTV application and website (the "Service") operated by Bússola Tecnologia Ltda ("VeloTV", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

VeloTV provides live streaming of free-to-air (open broadcast) television channels and on-demand video content. The Basic plan includes exclusively open broadcast channels that are publicly available over the air. VeloTV does not provide access to pay TV, cable, or premium subscription channels under this plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and subscribe to the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Basic plan is billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of subscription (currently $19.90 USD/month).
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, contact our support team.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, retransmit, or publicly display the content from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Record, download, or capture streams from the Service

7. Content and Channels

Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel at any time. All channels included in the Basic plan are free-to-air open broadcast channels, fully licensed and authorized for redistribution through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The VeloTV name, logo, and application design are the property of Bússola Tecnologia Ltda. The content streamed through the Service is the property of the respective broadcasters and content owners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device capabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
